KADEN & KAI®, the innovative sustainable jewelry brand, proudly announces the debut of Verdasil™, its proprietary sustainable silicone, and the launch of the Galaxy Collection. Both were unveiled on Saturday, November 8 at 7 p.m - Opening Day of Denver Fashion Week, Sustainability Day.
Verdasil™ is the brand’s signature silicone — eco‑friendly, vegan‑friendly, hypoallergenic, and FDA‑grade — designed to move with the body while leaving no trace on the planet. The material will never degrade, release toxins, or shed microplastics into the water, soil, or air. Engineered for durability, comfort and environmental responsibility, Verdasil™ embodies the brand’s core philosophy -- Jewelry Made for Movement.

Denver Fashion Week takes place each year at The Brighton – A NPU Venue in RiNo’s Art District. The 37,000-square-foot space sets the perfect stage for Colorado’s most dynamic fashion event.

KADEN & KAI® is based in Lexington, Massachusetts and was founded in 2020 by Lisa Cassidy. All products are designed, handcrafted and packaged in the United States.
LISA ROMANO CASSIDY | Founder and Designer
For over 20 years, Lisa Romano Cassidy has worked in the green sector as a B2B Digital Marketing and Brand Consultant. She has worked with businesses, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500s, to promote recycling equipment, clean water solutions, energy efficient products and smart building sustainability initiatives in the US and around the globe.
Lisa started KADEN & KAI®, a sustainable fashion brand, in 2020 to create sculptural jewelry from upcycled bicycle tubes. In 2025, Lisa engineered a new sustainable, eco-friendly, non-toxic material for its expanding jewelry line, called Verdasil™.
Lisa has designed over 400 pieces and has received approximately 50 copyrighted designs (and copyrights in process) on behalf of KADEN & KAI. Lisa received her MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is certified in Sustainable Business Strategy, Disruptive Strategy and Design Thinking and Innovation from the Harvard Business School.
