Orders under $15 ship for a $5 flat rate (before tax).

All orders placed on kadenandkai.com are processed within 1–2 business days and carefully packaged in rigid mailers or protective boxes to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

U.S. orders ship via USPS or UPS and typically arrive 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination. Delivery times may be longer during peak holiday periods.

Because KADEN & KAI® ships from Massachusetts, orders traveling farther distances may take slightly longer to arrive. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
