If you are replacing an item for another style or exchanging your item for another size, wrap the bracelet in a piece of paper and send in a standard envelop USPS First Class with a single stamp.

All refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.

If you received it as a gift, we will provide you with store credit.

Items should be returned within 30 days.

Please note: If there was damage during shipping, please email us a photo of your item as soon as possible.
