Kaden & Kai is committed to producing long-lasting, high quality products. 

Kaden & Kai can't guarantee the lifetime durability of reclaimed materials, but with proper care, our products will perform under normal wear and tear.

In order to get a replacement, exchange or credit, please contact us at info@kadenandkai.com. We will work with you to make this a smooth process. If you are replacing an item for another style or exchanging your item for another size, we will ship you out your new item with a return label. Please use our packaging to return the item you would like to return. Simply put the return label over the label that is there and seal with tape. 

Please note: Items should be returned within 30 days and products must be in their original condition. If there is damage due to shipping or related, please email us a photo of your item as soon as possible. 

If you have a customer return due to a defect, contact us immediately for credit, repair or replacement. Product defects should be reported within 7 business days after order delivery and should be returned in the same packaging. We will provide you a return label with your replacement item.

All returns will be applied to the credit card on file. If you paid cash, we can provide store credit or we can work with you to get your refund through Venmo, Zelle or some other application.

Kaden & Kai is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided the wrong shipping address, we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased.
