Returns & Exchanges

FOR ALL EXCHANGES, CREDITS & RETURNS

To replace or exchange your item for another one, return your item or apply for store credit, please text us at 781.879.8777 or email us at info@kadenandkai.com. We will work with you to make this a smooth process.

EXCHANGES

If you are exchanging your item for a new one, we will send you the new item to you with a return postage label. You simply return the item you don't want in the package that the new item came in. Put the new return label over the old one and drop it in the mail. If there is a difference in price, you will receive an email showing the credited amount or the additional cost for the new item.

CREDITS

If you don't know what you want right now, you can have a credit applied to your account for future use. There is no expiration date for credits.

RETURNS

All returns will be refunded to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Returns must be requested within 30 days to receive a refund. If you received your item as a gift, we will provide you with store credit.
