One of the most encouraging "customer service" interactions I've ever had. And I shop. A lot. After not finding a tracking number, I contacted Lisa, who went wayy out, to see that either I received said item or found happiness some other way. It was the things lost hopes are made of; although she had shipped the item within 24 hours of purchase (who does this anymore?), without a tracking number, determining the location of said item was bleak. Communication was consistent (despite being on a long overdue vacation with her fam), and just when we'd come to a resolution, low and behold, USPS arrived with my much desired gem. And it is a gem, but what's even gemmier (that's now a word), is Lisa. Here I was, on the ledge of customer service is dead, when she appeared. Customer Service cynic no more. Faith restored. Thanks, Lisa.
