How to Determine Fit
- Measure your ankle or bicep (for arm band) with measuring tape or a string and then measure the string. If the length is between 8-10 inches, for example, standard is the correct size.
Extra Holes
- Feel free to cut extra holes or tuck in the extra holes, by putting on the anklet as usual and then turning it inside out. The remaining holes will be tucked underneath.
- If you decide you want to cut off the extra holes, we suggest leaving at least two holes past the one you plan to use most often.
